Introduction to Participant Screening

Participants can be asked a series of closed and open-ended questions before they join a Study. The closed-ended questions can contain choices that trigger qualification / disqualification, or even add them to Segments. 

There is an option available to set quota limits tied to Segments for a Recollective Study space to ensure the desired proportionality of respondents. 

There is also a manual approval option that forces qualified participants to still have their responses reviewed by a Study Analyst or Moderator before getting access to the actual Study environment and content.

Recollective supports pre-screening while studies are in DRAFT state, allowing you to pre-recruit.
