Indicating a Reply is Expected
When posting comments on Task responses or sending messages (individual messages or a broadcast), you can signal that a reply is expected.
For comments on Task responses or a private message, use the Awaiting Reply option provided at the bottom of the content window:
For an email broadcast message, toggle the Awaiting reply switch that's found at the bottom of the Message content window.
This setting causes the notification about the comment or message to persist UNTIL the participant actually replies.
For participants receiving multiple notices in a single digest email, the ones that are still awaiting a reply will be grouped and listed above all others (even if the notice has already been seen).
