The On-Demand Support Tool is your direct line to immediate assistance during live activities on Recollective.
Designed exclusively for Analysts and Moderators, On-Demand Support offers real-time support for any urgent issues that may arise for participants or other administrators so you can focus on moderation efforts and get the most out of your live sessions.
Functionality
During Live Video Interview and Live Group Chat activities, our On-Demand Support feature provides Analysts and Moderators with:
- Instant Connection: Send a chat request from within a Live Activity directly to our Support Agents and receive an immediate response during standard support hours.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Get live assistance with any technical difficulties, platform questions, or activity-related challenges that occur during your meeting.
- Efficient Resolution: Work with our Support Agents in real-time to resolve the issue.
Accessing On-Demand Support
Initiating a chat is simple:
- Look for the Support Icon:
- You can find the option to initiate a chat from both the meeting entry page:

2. Click to Chat: Simply click the icon to launch the chat window, enter your contact details and Start Conversation to connect with a Support Agent in real-time:

- On-Demand Support Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM ET

- To ensure timely and direct resolution, please limit the On-Demand Support chat to one Analyst or Moderator in your live session at a time.
- On-Demand Support is reserved for urgent technical issues encountered during live meetings. For non-urgent inquiries, please utilize our standard support channel at helpdesk@recollective.com.
