Tracking Agreements
Every agreement encountered by a Panelist is tracked.
To export Agreement history for your records:
- Go to Search Panelists
- Click Export
- Use the Agreements dropdown to add Agreement information to your report
- Click Export
If your site has multiple Agreements, you can also filter Panelists by the specific Agreements they've encountered, prior to including them in the export.
Select Agreement State or Agreement Date while making use of advanced Panelist filters. These attributes are also available when defining Smart Segments.
While editing an individual Panelist in Site Administration, a section labelled Agreements appears, listing each agreement encountered. The status of agreement and the date of the last response are shown. Past responses are also available for review.
