How to Access Site Administration

Site Administration is the highest administrative level control in a Recollective site. It allows an Analyst to manage the site-wide Settings, and all Panelists, Admins, Segments, Profile Fields and more housed on the site. By customizing these Site Administration options, you can get the most out of your Panelist, Admin and overall site management.

There are two primary ways to access the Site Administration menus:

Using the Shield Icon

  • To access the Site Administration area, locate and click the Shield icon in the top-right of the page header. 

Using the Site Dashboard Drop-Down Menu

  • You will also be able to access Site Administration by using the Site Dashboard drop-down menu to select Site Administration.

Note: The Site Administration menu and Shield Icon are only visible to Analyst users. Moderator and Client role administrators will not be shown these options.
