Accessing Site Administration

Site Administration is the highest administrative level control in a Recollective site. It allows an Analyst to manage the Settings and all Panelists, Admins, Segments, Profile Fields and more.

To access the Site Administration area, locate the crest icon in the page header. Alternatively, you can add '/admin' to the end of site's address (e.g. https://sitename.recollective.com/admin).

Administration is only accessible to Analysts. Moderators and Client role administrators will not be shown the crest icon.
