Logging In as a Client Administrator
There are three distinct Administrator roles in Recollective: Analysts, Moderators and Clients. When invited as a Client Role Administrator, users will be able to review the configuration of a project, provide feedback to study moderators, and observe data collection in real-time once a study is live.
In this article, we’ll cover what Clients can expect when logging into Recollective for the first time and as they continue to use the platform.
Accepting The Email Invite
Provided that a custom sending address has not been configured, Clients will receive an email invite from no-reply@recollective.email.
To access the platform, Clients will need to click the automatic Login button labelled ‘ Accept Invitation’ on this email invite.
The first time Clients log into Recollective via an email invitation, they will be required to verify their identity using a code. This code will be sent to their email address once the Send Code request has been triggered.
Completing Account Registration
Entering the code to verify their identity will lead each Client to the Account Registration page. At this point, Clients will be asked to complete several fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Username
- Profile photo (optional)
- Password
- Any Agreements enabled
Once registered, Clients may consider bookmarking the site link for quick and easy access in future.
Subsequent Logins
For continued access, Clients can log in with their Email Address or Username and Password at any point via the login page. If Clients ever forget their password, they can use the Forgot my password link on the login page to follow the on-screen reset instructions.
If automatic login links are enabled within the site settings, Clients can also access the site by clicking the links on any email notifications sent to their inbox via the platform. These links will automatically bring Clients to the login page, where they will be prompted to send a verification code to their email address. Once received and the code is entered on Recollective’s login page, Clients will be granted access to the site.
