What’s New
Live Waiting Rooms
Live Waiting Rooms give researchers full control over when participants and clients enter Live Video Interviews and Live Group Chats. Instead of joining sessions immediately, users are placed in a waiting room until admitted by an Analyst or Moderator. This allows researchers to prepare, align with observers, and manage session flow before anyone enters the live environment.
- Align with Clients Before Going Live: Admit clients first to review objectives and discuss last-minute changes before participants join.
- Deliver a Polished, Professional Experience: Avoid early joins and onboard participants smoothly with intentional introductions.
- Maintain Control from Start to Finish: Manage entry, handle late arrivals, and prevent disruptions to keep sessions focused and on track.

Cross-Meeting Summaries for Live Video Interviews
Cross-Meeting AI Summaries provide a single synthesized summary across multiple Live Video Interview meetings, helping researchers quickly identify themes, differences, and key insights across participants.
- Faster Insight Discovery: Reduce the need to manually review and compare individual meeting summaries when analyzing larger interview sets.
- Stakeholder-Ready Outputs: Create concise, high-level summaries that are easier to share with internal teams and clients.
- Improved Summary Structure: A more consistent, scannable format for individual meeting summaries supports higher-quality synthesis and easier review.

Key Improvements
Automated iCal Attachments for Live Group Chat Invitations
Live Group Chat invitation emails now include iCal attachments automatically. This ensures sessions appear directly on participants' calendars without any manual steps, reducing the risk of missed sessions and improving the overall scheduling experience.
Improved AI Summary Structure
Our AI summaries now utilize a consistent, scannable format that organizes insights into overviews, key themes, evidence, variations, and opportunities. This structured approach simplifies the review process and supports deeper, more efficient analysis of your research.
