How to Resend an Email Invite
To track which participants have been invited, which have joined, and which have opened the invite but not yet joined your Study, visit the Participant Directory. If Participants have been Invited but the Email Opened column is blank, you may wish to resend these Participants their email invites.
To resend an invite:
- Navigate to the Participant Directory
- Click the Invitations tab
- Click the checkbox beside the Participant(s) you’d like to resend an invite to
- Click the Bulk Action menu
- Select Send Invitation then click Apply
- Edit the message or select a version from your Message Templates
- Click Preview Message then Send Now when ready
If an email address needs to be updated for a Participant, an Analyst will need to make this change on a Participant’s Edit Panelist page. Once the update has been made, the steps outlined above can be used to send the Participant a new invite.
