Adding New Basic Segments

To add a new Basic Segment manually:

• Go to Site Administration > Segments
• Click New Segment 
• Select Basic Segment
• Enter a name for the Segment and click 

To add or assign participants to Basic Segments using a Bulk Import:

• Each column in your spreadsheet must have a header
• Place a 1 in the column to assign a panelist to that Segment
• When you import your spreadsheet, you will need to review each columns data
• If this is a brand new Segment, select New Segment and update the Segment name as needed
• If this is an existing Segment on the site, select Assign Segment and pick the corresponding Segment from the dropdown list
