Who Can Enable Available Languages On a Site?
Analysts can configure Available Languages from within Site Administration.
Enable Available Languages on Your Site
To configure the Available Languages on your Recollective site, follow these steps:
Go to Site Administration > Settings > Basic Settings.
Scroll to the International Settings header.
In the Available Languages list, select the checkbox next to each language you would like enabled on your site.
Click Apply Settings.
Once you have completed these steps, the selected languages will be enabled and available on your Recollective site.
How Enabled Languages Work for End Users
Automatic Language Detection
When a new panelist or administrator first accesses your Recollective site, the platform inspects their web browser settings and automatically selects a matching language if that language is enabled under Available Languages.
Manual Language Selection
If needed, panelists and administrators can use the language toggle located in the bottom left corner of Recollective site pages to manually switch to any enabled language.
