Who can invite Administrators to a Recollective Site?
Analysts can invite other Administrators to their Site from within Site Administration.
Administrator Roles
When inviting an Administrator, Analysts can assign one of three roles:
Analyst: Has full Site access including the Site Administration area and ALL studies on a Site.
Moderator: Has full control over ASSIGNED studies. Moderators can program, moderate and interact with participants.
Client: Has observer access by default to view data within ASSIGNED studies. Additional Permissions and Privacy options can be enabled.
Steps to Invite New Administrators
Go to Site Administration > Admins
Click Invite New Admins
Select the desired Role (Analyst, Moderator, or Client)
Note: Selecting Analyst automatically grants access to all studies, all Panelist data, and Site Administration
Select the specific studies that the new Administrator(s) will have access to (applicable for Moderator and Client roles)
Enter the recipient's email address in the Email Address(es) field. If inviting multiple people, separate each email address with a comma or new line
Optional: Customize the Subject and Message fields for the email invitation
Click Invite
