In the Recollective interface, the Participant Access Start date is displayed as Start date under the Active Phases pane.
Who can change the Participant Access Start date?
Analysts can change the Participant Access Start date before Participant Access begins.
How to change the Participant Access Start date
Follow these steps to change the Participant Access Start date for a Site:
Navigate to Site Administration > Settings > Subscription.
Under the Active Phases pane, locate the Start date.
Click Edit.
Enter the new Start date. The End date automatically adjusts based on the Subscription length.
Click Apply Settings.
The Participant Access Start date is now updated for the Site. The End date automatically adjusts based on the Subscription length.
What if Participant Access has already started?
Once Participant Access starts, the Start date is locked and cannot be edited.
