How to Extend my Participant Access

In the Site Administration area, under Settings, you will find a Subscription sub-section with the Participant Access start and end dates listed. 

If Participant Access is ending sooner than is needed, reach out to your Account Manager or Sales Contact. The broader Sales team is also available to provide you with a quote at saleshelp@recollective.com. In the event that your extension needs are urgent, and you haven’t heard back from your Account Manager or the Sales team, please navigate to https://recollective.com/911 to open an emergency support ticket.
