How Long Do Recordings Take to Process?
Once a Live Video Interview session concludes, Recollective immediately begins processing and transcribing the recording. Processing typically takes 1.5 times the duration of the meeting. A 30-minute meeting session will take approximately 45 minutes to finish processing and transcribing.
The recording cannot be downloaded while processing is underway. Wait until processing completes before attempting to export.
How to Export and Download a Single Live Video Interview Recording
Follow these steps to export a recording from Recollective onto your device:
Select your Study, and open your Live Video Interview Activity.
Click the Meetings tab at the top of the Activity page.
Select the specific interview video recording you want to download.
Click the Export Meeting button.
Choose your desired meeting output format (such as video or text transcript). The file will automatically begin downloading to your local device.
To download multiple interviews or multiple output formats for the same session, repeat this process for each individual output.
