Analysts and Moderators can cancel or reschedule scheduled Live Video Interviews.
How to Cancel a Live Video Interview
Follow these steps to cancel an upcoming interview meeting:
Navigate to the relevant Live Video Interview Activity.
Select the scheduled meeting you want to cancel, then select Edit Meeting from the dropdown menu.
In the Edit Meeting modal, select Cancel meeting, do not reschedule.
(Optional) Select Notify attendees if you wish to send a cancellation notification to the participant and the Host. Customize the notification text as needed.
Select Apply.
The Live Video Interview meeting status will change to cancelled, and notification updates will be sent if selected.
How to Reschedule a Live Video Interview
Follow these steps to reschedule an upcoming interview meeting:
Navigate to the relevant Live Video Interview Activity.
Select the scheduled meeting you want to reschedule, then select Edit Meeting from the dropdown menu.
In the Edit Meeting modal, choose one of the following scheduling methods:
To set a new date and time yourself: Select Change meeting time, enter the new Date and Time, and optionally assign a new Host.
To let the participant choose: Select Ask participant to select a new meeting time.
Select Apply.
The Live Video Interview meeting will be updated with the new date/time parameters or sent to the participant for re-selection.
