Who can perform a bulk export of Live Video Interview recordings?
Analysts and moderators in Recollective can create bulk exports of live video recordings.
All scheduled meetings within the Live Video Interview Activity must be concluded before they will be included in the bulk export.
How to Bulk Download Live Video Interview Recordings
To generate a bulk export of Live Video Interview recordings:
Go to the specific Live Video Interview Activity.
Click on the Options menu (located in the top-right corner of the Activity header).
Select Transcripts.
Select your desired video format:
Participant Only
Host Included
This process will generate a ZIP file containing the associated IDI recordings for that Activity.
If there are multiple Live Video Interview Activities in the same Study, repeat this process for each Activity.
