How to Disable Recollective AI

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you disable Recollective AI, you cannot re-enable it without contacting support. 

While Recollective AI can be a useful tool for researchers, we understand our customers may have unique security needs or specific preferences. Analysts can manually opt out of our AI features anytime in Site Administration. Once AI has been disabled, all features related to Recollective AI will be inaccessible sitewide. 

📍 Go to Site Administration > Settings

  1. Click Recollective AI
  2. In the modal that appears, toggle off AI Features
  3. Click Disable to confirm the change

Once Recollective AI has been disabled on a site, Analysts cannot enable it again without assistance from our support team.
