By default, images are excluded from Excel exports to minimize file size. Including photos significantly increases the generated file size and may extend download duration.
Who can Create Activity Transcripts?
Analysts and Moderators will be able to generate activity transcripts.
How to Export the Activities Transcript with Photos
To create an Activities Transcript with photos:
Log in to Recollective and select your study.
Navigate to Study Admin > Transcripts.
Select Activities.
Set Output to Formatted Spreadsheet (EXCEL).
In the Optional Inclusions pane, select Photos.
(Optional) Customize any other export options to meet your objectives.
Click Generate Transcript.
Once the Transcript is generated, click Download Transcript.
How to Export Photos Separately as a ZIP File
If the export file is too large to download or experiences delays, export the study photos in a separate ZIP archive instead of embedding them within the Excel spreadsheet.
Navigate to Study Admin > Transcripts.
Select Photos.
Click Generate Archive.
Follow the prompts to export and download the ZIP file containing all activity photos.
