How to Cancel or Reschedule a Live Video Interview

Once a Live Video Interview has been scheduled, Analysts and Moderators have the ability to Reschedule or Cancel the interview if needed.

To cancel an upcoming meeting, follow these steps:

📍 Go to the relevant Live Video Interview Activity 
  1. Click on the meeting you would like to cancel, then select Edit Meeting from the dropdown list
  2. In the Edit Meeting modal, select Cancel meeting, do not reschedule
  3. Select Notify attendees if you wish to notify that participant and Host of the cancellation
  4. Optional: Customize the notification as desired
  5. Click Apply

To reschedule an upcoming meeting, follow these steps:

📍 Go to the relevant Live Video Interview Activity 
  1. Click on the meeting you would like to reschedule, then select Edit Meeting from the dropdown list
  2. In the Edit Meeting modal, select Change meeting time
    1. Note: If participants can schedule their own meetings, you can select Ask participant to select a new meeting time. In this case, click Apply. This is the final step in the procedure.
  3. Select the new Date and Time for the meeting
  4. Optional: Select a new Host
  5. Click Apply
