How to Cancel or Reschedule a Live Video Interview
Once a Live Video Interview has been scheduled, Analysts and Moderators have the ability to Reschedule or Cancel the interview if needed.
To cancel an upcoming meeting, follow these steps:
- Click on the meeting you would like to cancel, then select Edit Meeting from the dropdown list
- In the Edit Meeting modal, select Cancel meeting, do not reschedule
- Select Notify attendees if you wish to notify that participant and Host of the cancellation
- Optional: Customize the notification as desired
- Click Apply
To reschedule an upcoming meeting, follow these steps:
- Click on the meeting you would like to reschedule, then select Edit Meeting from the dropdown list
- In the Edit Meeting modal, select Change meeting time
- Note: If participants can schedule their own meetings, you can select Ask participant to select a new meeting time. In this case, click Apply. This is the final step in the procedure.
- Select the new Date and Time for the meeting
- Optional: Select a new Host
- Click Apply
