How to Whitelist Recollective Domains and IP Addresses

Use this article to configure network firewalls and email servers to allow access to Recollective, and to troubleshoot client-side connection issues.

Who can Whitelist Recollective?

Network & Email Server Whitelisting: Must be performed by an IT Administrator or Network Administrator with access to your organization's firewall and email server settings.

  • Browser Troubleshooting: Can be performed by end users experiencing connection or loading issues on Recollective.

Whitelisting Recollective for Firewalls

To ensure uninterrupted access to Recollective features, send the following list of domains to your IT team to whitelist for ports 80 and 443:

Whitelisting Recollective for Email Delivery

If your organization’s email server uses a firewall or strict inbound filtering, send the following IP addresses to your IT team to whitelist on your email server to ensure delivery of Recollective system notifications and emails:

  • 149.72.55.233

  • 168.245.17.144

  • 149.72.175.106

  • 159.183.222.177

Troubleshooting Client-Side Firewall Issues

If individual users experience blocked access or loading errors after network whitelisting is complete, check for local filtering tools. Temporarily disable any browser extensions that perform firewall management, ad blocking, or network filtering.
